Fame cardigan crochet pattern : a supersoft cardigan that is light as a cloud ! Fully written pattern in 4 sizes : S-M, M-L, L-XL and XL-XXL. Wear this cardigan with some positive ease, for a comfortable and trendy look. This design is worked sideways. The use of mohair yarn makes this cardigan supersoft, warm and featherlight. Fully written pattern in US crochet terms, with sizing overview and chart for the lace edgings. Yarn : sportweight yarn, suitable for crochet hook 3-4 mm. You will be needing between 250-420m of yarn, depending on the size. I made a sample in SchoppelWolle, Zauberball Stärke 6, shade ‘Durch die Blumme’, and 1 in Malabrigo Silky Merino, shade Teal, and another one in Rico merino dk, shade purple. The samples are made in Scheepjes Linen Soft, but you can also make this design in a warm woolmix, or any other dk weight yarn. (Scheepjes Merino Soft, Scheepjes Softfun, ...) The pattern is fully written in 3 sizes : S-M, M-L and L-XL. The cardigan is worn with a bit of positive ease. There is a chart added, and a sketch with measurements too. Yarn : dk weight yarn. Aletta’s Cardigan : This design is made in 1 piece, starting with the wide back section worked upwards. Stitches are then increased to create both sleeves. Once sleeves are finished stitches are decreased again, while both front parts are worked on the cardigan separately. Finish by folding the cardigan and closing the side seams and sleeve seams. The cardi has a fluent drape and an intriguiging construction. Fully written instructions are available in English (both UK and US terms) and in Dutch.
